    Hi,

    I'm new to this community. Does anyone link, B2W Track with Quickbooks in respect to job costing other than just payroll uploading. If anyone does, can anyone share what and how they do this. It would be greatly appreciated.

    I am not aware of a link.
    I only have this question/comment, wouldn't QuickBooks need a job cost module first in order for B2W to link? As far as I know, one of the big drawbacks with QuickBooks is it does not have a job cost module.
    Perhaps @DFlynn knows?

    Thanks Cindy and welcome to the HH community Ralph.  I am a bit late to the party here but wanted to provide some insight/guidance.  

    The simple answer is "yes", equipment usage and other job costing information can technically be done but it requires substantial configuration in QuickBooks (QB).  Cindy is also correct that QB is not designed for Job Costing Accounting and does not have an official Job Costing module to the best of my knowledge.  Because of this limitation in QB, B2W has created a workaround however it may likely require changes to your current QB set up.  The changes in the QB set up may not be insignificant depending on how QB was initially set up.  I will ask my Client Services team to reach out to you to discuss this further so you will have the information you need as it relates to your specific situation.
