Successful Candidate will have • 3 years of experience within the union construction industry • Ability to perform Union Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc. • Familiarity with AIA requisitions and change order forms & processes • Knowledge of union and certified payroll and insurance management a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office - Word & Excel • Experience as an Executive Assistant managing calendar and personal affairs • NYS Notary **Salary based on experience and includes Full Medical Benefits (100% company paid including Dental & Vision) and 401K / Profit Sharing *Conveniently located two blocks from Penn Station and most subway lines for easy commuting. *ALL INQUIRIES WILL BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL !!!
