Please keep this as a discussion and NOT cross post anywhere. We are seeking legal counsel, but wanted to ask this community as well:
We are getting our first NYC buildings asking for proof of vaccination in order to work in the buildings. As we gather this information from our workers, I wonder if there is any legal precedence set should we get to the point that we have an unvaccinated employee but no work for him.
