We are a small electrical contractor in the Bronx. Early this year a new VOIP phone system was installed (before I came on board). It has been, to say the least a disaster! The company it was purchased from has effed us over left and right; the system has never worked correctly. We have the equipment but would like to find a new service provider. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. We would like the firm to be fairly close geographically in case a service call is needed. TIA
