We are working to analyze our current tracking of Project
Revenue by Operations Position. I am curious about the revenue numbers some of you may be tracking for the
following positions:Field Supervision: Assistant Supt, Supt, Sr. Supt
Project Management: Assistant PM, PM, Sr. PM
We are utilizing this data to measure capacity in each of the above positions per employee. We have some numbers in place now, however, we will be reviewing them as a group soon to seek alignment of where the Revenue by position should be.
Note, we are a Commercial Builder headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana. Our average revenues are $200M+.
We would appreciate
