Training Budget for Corporate University

    We are in the process of developing a Corporate University as a part of our Strategic Plan. We are now at the stage of determining all required resources (People, cost, facilities, external vendors, etc) for this initiative.

    Would any of you be willing to share the approximate annual training budget you have for training & development programs? Possibly you may also have a Corporate University structure in place?
