We are currently researching an online Employee Benefits' portal for all employees. The portal would allow employee self-service along with centralizing all benefit enrollments, custom reporting, ACA reporting, etc. This should help create some efficiency in managing our benefits program.
We have reviewed products from Arthur J. Gallagher - BenefitsConnect and another broker product - BeneSolv. I was hoping some of you may have one in place that works well. Also, if any members have attempted to go this route in the past - what's the good and bad from your experience? We are a full-service General Contractor and have approximately 200 employees.
