    We are in the market looking at several payroll timekeeping software packages and have narrowed down our decision to 2 top vendors.

    We are interested in finding out what other CFMA Members are utilizing for payroll timekeeping software particularly the electronic interface from jobsites to offices where payroll processing is conducted. We would appreciate any feedback you can offer to tell us what you are utilizing.

    If you are not utilizing any 3rd Party software to interface in with your accounting software, please let us know that as well. If you have an interest in learning about our research, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    We tried a software by the name of About Time out in the field.  However we had a lot of problems especially at first as many of our people in the field are not tech savvy.  We did finally have success importing the time out in the field into our accounting software.  However the time would always have errors which our payroll clerk would spend time cleaning up prior to import.  We finally gave up on this experiment.  We are with Viewpoint and they have a software that might be worth checking out.
