Our company currently outsources our IT needs but we are running into some issues. This has led us to consider another IT consulting firm or hiring an in-house IT employee. I'm hoping to get some feedback about what other mid-size construction companies are doing about their IT needs.
Most of our software is outdated and we are seeing more and more need to get up to today's technology. Email space is running low, job site access to the company network is slowing down, etc. In addition, with more and more construction software being utilized, it's becoming apparent that we need to do some upgrading.
