I am looking for a compensation consultant in the Boston area to work with. Our company has three project managers two of which are 50/50 owners. We operate as an S Corporation forcing dividend distributions to be equal between the two owners.
I need a consultant to help me develop an equitable compensation package for the project managers determined by job performance. I would appreciate any recommendations you can give me.
