We have an immediate opening for someone to handle our payroll and billing functions. The position supports the company by processing payroll and administering benefits. The position is also responsible for managing accounts receivable including the processing of AIA contract billings, maintaining customer files, reviewing contracts and obtaining certificates of insurance. This position also performs variety of other accounting and administrative functions within the department.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- 3 years combined education and/or experience in payroll and accounts receivable, preferably in the construction industry
- Experience with Word and Excel
- Experience with processing in-house payroll
- Experience with Sage 100 or similar accounting system
- Experience or knowledge of contract billing, specifically with AIA billing requirements
- Detail oriented with strong organization, analytical and problem solving skills
