Marc Truant & Associates (MTA) is a midsized General Contractor. Specializing in high end, residential, institutional, and commercial properties. We are currently seeking a full time bookkeeper with construction experience. Conveniently located in East Cambridge, MTA offers a competitive compensation package including free on-site parking.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- F/C Accounts Payable
- Assist with Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Budgeting
- Maintain light HR accruals
- Assist Office Manager with administrative tasks
- Maintain subsidiary accounts and assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years construction bookkeeping experience
- Timberline or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to grow with the company and assume additional responsibilities
- Flexible, problem solver, ability to prioritize, and strong communication skills
