Sagamore Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is a large privately held mechanical sub-contractor. We are seeking a qualified Accounts Payables specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and organized.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Process and posts vendor invoices.

Schedule vendor payments.

Works in conjunction with project managers to monitor material project budgets and purchase orders.

Track subcontractor contracts.
-
Maintain tax exempt certificates.
-
Maintain subcontractor certified payroll.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly check runs.
-
Answer all vendor inquiries.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in accounts payable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
Knowledge of Timberline Accounting Software is preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable working within a team while interacting with colleagues of every level.
