    Does anyone have experience with ThinkingPhones, http://thinkingphones.com/ that they would be willing to share either via this group or privately.  Our previous VOIP provider was purchased by ThinkingPhones and I would like to know what experience others have had with them - especially if you are a small business or work with small businesses.

    Experience/recommendations re:  other VOIP providers and what is standard in the industry would also be of great help.

    Hi Cindy, 

    We underwent a conversion a few years back and went with a company called Call Processing Systems.  We have been very happy with them.  They have good service and are easy to work with.  Here is their contact info should you want to contact them.  Also, I would be happy to speak more if you'd like - or can have you talk with my IT Manager for the technical aspects.   Just let me know.
