Hi CFMA - I have a client with an immediate opening for an accounting person with strong skills and experience in:
Accounts Payable which includes but not limited to review of invoices, data entry of invoices in QB, create checks and pay invoices. Communicate with vendors/subs regarding payment status.
Accounts Receivable which includes but not limited to notarizing pay applications, entering pay apps in QB, collection calls, create and submit monthly claim notices. Enter service type invoices in QB from Project Manager and make collection calls etc.
Payroll which includes but not limited to receiving time from our field employees, reviewing time, data entry of time, create direct deposit of payroll. Create certified payroll for specific projects, Create Monthly Union Reporting.
Administrative Support which includes but not limited to report reproduction, project management support, maintaining filing/record keeping, operating/maintaining office equipment, telephone support, greet customers etc.
Company Benefits include: 2 weeks paid vacation (after one year of employment), 2 paid sick days, paid Holidays, 401k with company match of employee’s contribution (not to exceed 4%), Healthcare coverage for the employee and their entire family at no additional cost to employee, Bonus is based on annual profits and is 100% discretionary.
Salary is negotiable based on experience
I am currently using Quickbooks Pro for all accounting and payroll.
