Double-breasted: can you be union and non-union?

    We are a union general contractor and that model works well for us. I'm curious, however, if it's possible, or how it's possible, to have a non-union division and what restrictions would be placed on that? Can they do the same work? Can they have same ownership? Etc. if you have experience with this please let me know what you faced and if it was worth the efforts.
