    Fourth Elm Construction has an opening for a Controller, me, will be returning in July. 


    The ideal candidate will be comfortable in all things related to finance/accounting, human resources, and construction support.

    Accounts Payable Weekly Account Payable check runs. Joint Checks Monthly check runs/reporting to lower tiers Notice of Subcontract requirements. Accounts Receivable Monthly progress billing to owners, AIA pay application and all waivers. Billing paperwork as required by owners. Generate Accounting Statements and Reports (profit/loss, cash flow & balance statements).
