    As a General Contractor I am trying to see how others are handling this. Do you collect payroll from each of your subcontractors? Do you have every subcontractor provide a payment bond? What are your steps to ensure that all workers are being paid? Did you have your subcontractors sign an addendum to their contract with your?

    I would be interested in this as well.  One of the generals we work for has us sign a form each month validating we paid all employee's and if the payroll is union payroll or not but they are not collecting any additional information to validate.
