We are an equipment rental business to the construction industry. We provide transportation services delivering our rental equipment to customer jobs sites using our owned and operated fleet of trucks.
We are looking to move the transportation element of our business to a separate legal entity for liability purposes without creating a significant tax event nor running afoul of any other regulations.
