I use a product from WEX called RapidPay Card. The cost is free to employer. They offer many free locations for the employee to withdrawal their funds. The employer manages the debit card assignment and stock. This makes it nice for when an employee has a damaged or lost card, you are able to quickly assign a new card to the employee. Highly recommend.
