I'm looking for recommendations for a managed IT provider in the Portland area.
Vanport doesn't have a large IT footprint – 1 server, 12 desktop machines, 2 networked printers . It is important to us that our IT provider has 24/7 support and multiple techs available with same day response time, so not a local 1 or 2 person shop. Our primary needs are for backup (onsite & to cloud), system maintenance (updates & patches), and limited new hardware or software setup and user support.
If anyone has strong recommendations (or warnings) for providers in the Portland metro area, I'd appreciate hearing.
