I have worked with so many construction companies over the last 20+ years, placing Accountants to CFOs. Now I am coming across so many great candidates who only want to work remote or hybrid. Some larger companies consider a hybrid work schedule, but many are bringing people back to the office with an in-person-only option. I would love to hear from this group as well. Is your company open to hiring new employees with a hybrid or remote schedule?
