They do HVAC and Sheet Metal work for schools and large capex projects. Company has been in business for a long time, Owner watches the numbers closely. Brief job decsription:
Day to day bookkeeping using Quickbooks Enterpirse.
Invoices
AR / AP
Reconciliations
Two Companies to track
Inter company transfers and multiple bank accounts
Company also factors invoices.
uses 3rd party payroll, Payroll weekly
