    Good afternoon,

    I have a couple of different but related questions.  

    Are many companies trending away from providing company mobile phones to only providing an allowance?  If you have done so, have you seen cost savings?  Was the transition process difficult?  

    I am trying to get an estimated monthly allowance for phones in order to get more in line with market averages for our employees that are not provided a company phone currently, but rather an allowance.  Would anyone be willing to share what they currently have in place?
