Hello,
I believe most companies just end up paying the standard federal mileage rate (at least the ones I have worked for), but the standard rate already takes into account fuel and insurance. We currently pay for fuel and insurance separately. So, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on either restructuring our reimbursement process to pay mileage instead or whether its possible to reduce the standard rate by the fuel and insurance percentages?
