Now is the time to look at the profitability opportunities related to new cloud based technology and management techniques.  Over the past 10 years, I have seen how the correct deployment of management with technology can break down the "Silo's" that we see in most construction companies.  I have worked with numerous construction companies, small to large, and  found that by applying some technological micro management techniques to costly work processes we were able to see significant cost reductions in those processes.  Some examples are credit card processing (if fully integrated), accounts payable processing and approval w/EFT payments, and field time capture to name a few.  Let's start up a discussion with some examples of these in this thread.
