  • 1.  2021 ERC Quarter 1

    I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get the ERC for 2021 Quarter 1 since I was slow in finalizing March financials.  I filed my 941 as if I would not receive any credit.  Now that I know I am eligible for a credit, I want to make sure the only way to get it is to file a 941-X.  Is that the general consensus?  I was hoping I could adjust quarter 2 filing for this credit, but that would be too easy.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    That is correct.  You would need to complete a 941-X for the 1st Quarter to take the credit.  Feel free to call me if you need help with the 941-X.
