I hope this note finds your October shaping up nicely. We are working on some employee attrition and turnover modeling and it occurred to me that I am not sure what is 'good'. I would love some insight into what your average turnover rate is currently and if it has changed dramatically in the past year or so. Amid a fairly competitive environment for talent, have you made any dramatic engagement strategy adjustments in the past year?
