    My assistant is going on maternity leave through year end, and I'm looking for someone to cover for her from now until the end of January.

    Normal job description.  Processes biweekly manager payroll (not field), payroll tax deposits, all quarterly payroll reporting, W-2's and year-end payroll reporting, 1099's, general ledger analysis, month end journals and reports, account reconciliations, audit interface and preparation, check approval, subcontractor insurance. 

    This is confidential information, so I need someone that will honor that.  We will need a background and credit check since it's in our accounting department.
