Our company recently had discussions about the QAQC reporting we currently perform for our clients. We are a steel stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling and painting contractor. Currently our superintendents and foreman are looking for the various quality issues throughout the pause points in our construction cycle. I was curious to know what other subcontractors and GC's are doing with QAQC reporting requirements. Are you performing QAQC with a process and/or checklist? Do you have a dedicated Quality Manager? I'm open to to any suggestions/feedback anyone may have.
