    Our project team began utilizing CMiC for project management in February 2018. The project module has been a great help but it took our team an extended period of time to become comfortable with the software. We are using the cloud version of CMiC.

    I had hoped to utilize the financials module of CMiC. But, the more I learn, the more complicated and inflexible this software seems to be. My goal is to find someone on the forum who would be generous enough to chat with me for 30 minutes on the big picture pros/cons of utilizing CMiC for financials. I hope to get answers to the following questions:
    1. What should my expectations be for implementation? (Staffing/time/cost)
    2. Is a full-time IT / database person necessary for supporting CMiC once implemented?
    3. What are the characteristics of the Companies that CMiC works best for? 
    4. If we didn't utilize the CMiC financials module, what would be a next best-alternative?
