During the last 10 weeks, we have had number of times where a job is shutdown due to another trade employee showing symptoms. In most circumstances, the GC/CM has forced the shut down. Typically its a day or two and therefore doesn't allow us to redirect those employees to another job. How are others handling pay for the field employees who were to report to the job that day but are unable to due to another trades issue and being told we can't work? Would that possibly qualify as FFCRA leave? We haven't classified it as such but maybe I'm missing an opportunity. Hate to see these guys missing hours because of other sick people on the job.
