I'd like to see if anyone is willing to tell me how strict you are with sending out a notice of delay due to weather. We've become more strict on it after getting burned but of course now we have clients pushing back that we are sending too many notices. Clearly we have different risks with being more or less strict. I'd love to hear how others handle this.
