CFMA is updating Financial Management and Accounting for the Construction Industry, our comprehensive reference guide created by and for construction professionals. We need your expertise to revise the following chapters:
- Accounting & Reporting
- Organizational Structures
- Budgeting & Planning
- Project Management
- Taxes
- Human Resources
Volunteers should be available to start immediately. After a brief introductory call with instructions, you will work independently. The estimated time commitment is 3 to 7 hours per week, depending on revisions needs. All updates must be completed by December 1, 2025.
