About Tara Marquis, KMA HR Consultant
Tara Marquis has more than 9 years of human resources experience in areas such as recruitment, federal and state compliance, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compensation, safety, and training.
Tara's extensive work has included the food service, manufacturing, insurance, marketing, telecommunications, and healthcare industries.
A member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Tara holds an AS in Computer Systems Management and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Maine.
Tara is a foodie who enjoys traveling the world, gardening, and cycling.
