Middle market CFOs are challenged with wearing many hats in their roles. In addition to their traditional role as head of the accounting and finance functions, CFOs of midsized companies are now frequently being asked to lead various other components of their organizations, from technology to human resources to risk management.

As the role of the CFO continues to evolve, technology platforms are also advancing at a rapid rate, and the risk environment in which the company operates is moving just as fast. This presentation will focus on what today’s CFOs need to consider in order to juggle these factors and operate efficiently and effectively in this strategic new role.
