    Hi everyone! I'm currently a student at Washington State University studying Accounting and Management Information Systems, and I'm looking to learn more about careers in construction accounting and finance. I'm also really interested in learning more about the surety and bonding side of the industry.

    I'd love to connect with anyone working in these areas who would be willing to share their experience, career path, or advice for a student looking to get started in construction. Looking forward to learning from everyone here!

My accounting experience is not focused on construction or surety, but I have worked at large public companies, an insurance brokerage and currently I get to contribute at MacDonald Miller Facility Solutions which is a privately owned HVAC design, build, and service company that is focused on the Northwest (HQ is in SeaTac).
