We are in the process of implementing Spectrum HR Management. Our understanding is that the platform does not include an electronic Personnel Action Form (ePAF) for field supervisors to submit employee pay-rate and other personnel changes.
For those using Spectrum HR Management, what software or process do you use to:
- Capture personnel and pay-change requests from the field
- Route the requests for approval
- Enter or integrate the approved changes into Spectrum
- Retain the supporting documentation
We would appreciate any recommendations or lessons learned from your experience.
