Paul, How do you like the way HCSS Heavy job integrates with Vista. If I'm not mistaken you use Vista internally. We use Vista and I'm considering getting Heavy Job, we're currently still just using Excel in the field for the daily time sheets.

We use excel for our field timesheets right now but we are starting our roll out to the field next week for Keystyle. I will be able to give you an update in about a month on how well it works in the field. We are using for office payroll right now and it is working great. And yes, we are using Vista internally but not aware of the HCSS Heavy Job module.

At my previous employer, we implemented Vista with Keystyle for company and MSI for our service department. I know that MSI wasn't everything we were looking for at the time, but it was the best option we could find (three years ago) and they are still using it today.

Since I posted the request yesterday, we have found that Keystyle in bringing back their Work Order tool in one the next two updates.
I researched eForms and looks like a great product. But it looks like it only integrates with Sage ERPs and we are using Vista. Thanks for your response anyway.
We are implementing Keystyle right now, so I would like to wait until we can evaluate whether this is a good fit for us. I'll reach out in the future if Keystyle is not a fit.
