We are a Commercial Electrical contractor who have just implemented AllTrack for equipment tracking. We had hoped to used the program for billing purposes as well (Spectrum is our ERP), but the team that is implementing AllTrack has run into problems with its billing limitations, as well as an efficient process for coordinating those billings to Spectrum.
Is there any one who has any experience with AllTrack, from a billing standpoint, that would be willing to talk to us about your processes and what you've learned?
