Procore & Sage 100 Integration

We are currently using Procore Financials and Sage 100.  The integration works well except for Prime Change orders.  Looking for advice or suggestions on the workflow regarding the prime change orders.  I would like to have Project Management using Procore only, and Accounting entering in Sage.  Trying to limit the dual entry as much as possible.

Right now we have the project managers enter changes into Procore.  The commitment / budget side moves to Sage, but not the Prime.  Accounting is entering the Prime CO's monthly when billing.  We are also exploring what system to use for progress billing.  We are currely using Sage.

Any other Sage 100 - Procore users out there?

We use roughly the same process for Prime COs.  When the PM creates the PCCO, they send to accouting an email with a link to the CO in Procore.  Accounting then enters the CO in Sage.  When billing at the end of the month, we verify that our Prime Contracts in Sage and Procore match.

Are you using extras in Sage to track your change orders separately? If so, how well do the direct costs sync to Procore's budget? We are working on finding a good workflow for the budget/estimate synchronization.

hh2 Cloud Services created the integration between Procore and Sage 100 Contractor. We are constantly evolving the integration and hh2 Cloud Services is about a week away from bi-directional syncing of Prime Contract Change Orders with Procore. Procore will then need to complete their end of the integration and do some testing before it can be rolled out. So if you can be patient a bit longer you'll get what you are looking for.

Please contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.

We've been using Procore with Sage 100 since the first of the year.  The Sage 100 piece is very new for Procore.  I believe it was rolled out in November 2018.  I'm still finding little issues that they need to address as we move forward.  Obviously Prime Contract Change Orders are a big piece.  Unfortunately, I believe that they are using the API that they originally developed for the Sage 300 product and have simply tried to modify it for 100.  They still have a ways to go.  lol.  A good example is the phone number for Vendors.  The Sage 300 vendor set up has a dedicated field for the vendors main phone number.  Sage 100 obviously does not.  This is usually included in the contact grid for the vendor.  Consequently, the Procore Vendor import does not pull Vendor phone numbers into Procore.  Not real convenient.  I've been told that they are trying to rectify this for their Sage 100 ERP.  As for change orders, currently all of our project managers are entering their Procore Prime Contract Change Orders directly, then emailing copies to Accounting for entry into Sage.  You've got to be careful with your commitment change order numbering in Procore though as you can wind up with some duplicate numbers in Sage if you're not careful.  If you'd like to discuss our experience further, I can always be reached at (785)235-8718 (When I'm not on the phone with Procore, that
