    Is anyone using Concur T&E software to submit expenses for individual bill, company pay cards (purchase cards)?  If so, does the liability payable to the card issuer, when imported into the ERP software, come over as an accrued liability or an AP transaction?  We make one payment each month for our company cards to the card issuer but that payment is the total spend for over 30 cardholders.  I am not entirely sure how that would work in Concur where we want to track and approve transactions for individual cardholders.
