We have been a Computease user for 15+ years and I am wondering how other specialty contractors set up their project phases and categories.
We are a plumbing,heating and HVAC service and construction contractor and I am windering if other users out there would be intrested in sharing their phase and category structure. We have evolved from paper, to first generation quickbooks, to a DOS based relational system to Computerease and never really took the time to optimize this part of the job cost program. I would really be intrested in what others are doing.
