Anyone else having to report "DAILY" on cost plus projects. For an example of the process I am referring to. Submit to owner a guess of what we plan on performing tomorrow and get authorization, then once the day is completed report what actually happen for the day's cost (with summaries of cost to date, contract price and estimated costs with a variance). (Any monthly utilities need to be broken out for each day). Then reconciling this list when you get invoices in and being able to bill the owner.
Would like to hear what programs if any others are using to track and report this to owners on a daily basis (before invoices come in). Excel, Access . . . . .
