    I am sure this question has been asked before.

    Would anyone be willing to recommend a Customer Relationship Management software solution?

    What are the greatest benefits of using the software?

    Thanks in advance.

    Bill -
    I hope all is well with you.  We're about to embark on the same journey of selecting new CRM software, and Cosential is our front runner.  I'm about to get serious about CRM, so as we both go through this endeavor just let me know if you would like to compare notes.

    Note:  Any direct contact with me from a software vendor will automatically result in disqualification from our selection process.

    Hi folks;

    As a provider of data and analytics to contractors, my company works collaboratively with several CRM systems used by contractors. Naturally a lot depends upon your firm size and objectives. However, the top three I've seen used are AEC 360/Dynamics, Cosential, and SalesForce.  There are differences in price and features/functionality between all three but each could be an option worth considering.
