Does anyone have a spreadsheet or forms template to track new clients/leads?  We are rapidly growing and just recently hired a Development Officer to bring in new clients and need something he can use to stay organized.

    Hi Diane,
Depending on how big the effort is and what your needs are we have helps customers do this in Google Forms and other online tools as well as full blown CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.  We would be happy to discuss what you're looking for.  Please let us know.

    Hi Diane,

We created a spreadsheet for a client a few years ago. They have since embellished it. Copy attached. It's been invaluable when analyzing sales by lead source, ROI on certain lead gen channels, win rates, etc. In the live version, certain columns -- lead source and status -- are data validated so the user has to enter from a pick list of pre-determined options, which cut down errors and made it quicker to analyze.

Another client uses Zoho and likes it.

    Another Pipedrive and likes it.

We use Insightly and it's served us well for a number of years.

Not sure which accounting software you use, but have you checked out its lead tracking capabilities if any?
