    Good afternoon,

We are considering a payroll provider change to Paylocity. Does anyone have experience with this company? Good and bad please.

Yes! I have used Paylocity for the last 6 years when I was in the hospitality industry. They are very good. The software is easy to use with lots of online resources. The customer service is also excellent.

We have had Paylocity for a few years and are very satisfied with it.  The user interface is very easy to get to know and the program has pretty much every function we want.  We use the performance feedback, PTO / time off requests, payroll, HR database features to name a few.

Let me know if there is something specific you guys are looking to use it for and I can give you any feedback based on our experience.

We've been using Paylocity for 3 or 4 years now and are very happy with them.  Getting the raw data out of the system in order to post your GL entry was a little bit of work but we got it done.  I used to work with ADP and they were a challenge at first too so perhaps its a common payroll industry trend.
