Hi, Katelyn - We have been using P4C for about 13 years, and they are excellent. We use Foundation Software, and the integration is seamless, as you would expect. I am happy to put you in touch with our Office Manager if you would like to discuss their services in detail or if you have specific questions. Just let me know.

We aren't union and try to stay away from prevailing wage projects, and also don't have the need for integration with other accounting software, so can't speak on the first and last bullets.  Thumbs up on the other bullets.  Regarding PPP loan tracking, sure there are a multitude of payroll reports in Foundation that can get what you need for this purpose, which I have done.  But I don't think there's a special report they've come up for this. We've been a user for a few years, and it's been great- has saved me a bunch of time on our weekly payroll, and their support is great if needed, which is not often.

    Highly recommend them.

We have been using Payroll4Construction for 4 years.  We are very happy with it.  I was a little frustrated when we were first implementing it with the team of people we worked with, but once it was set up, it has worked really well for almost all of what you list.   The support team has been very good and responsive.

The issues I have had...and the things to consider are:
    1. If you later implement full Foundation Software (which we are in the middle of doing) it can make it more complicated doing it after having implemented payroll. They work with the existing database but it makes it way more challenging.
    2. There were not special PPP reports when I inquired.  So that may be something that falls short.  There are ways to get the data, but nothing specifically set up that I could tell.
