Sage 300 CRE Payroll Locking Error

    ​​We use Sage 300 CRE and we continue to get a payroll locking error. We deployed Sage 18.2 hot fix.
    We also use Paperless version 7.01.1.9 but they said their hot fix solved this problem. Does anyone know what would cause the payroll locking file in Sage and how we can test what might be causing this so we can get a solution?
