  • 1.  IT Company specializes in Sage 300 CRE

    We outsource our IT and have been with our current company for at least six years.   I am becoming increasingly unhappy with their service and dedication to our needs as a company.  Most recently we did a new server upgrade that lingered on for months and it was a constant back and forth.  Their call in support is okay, but if i need anything from our engineer it is a waiting game.   

    In looking for a change, I want to move to a reputable company that has some background with Sage 300 CRE.   Our accounting software is essentially the main focus of our servers.  I want to make sure our IT environment is setup so we can run as efficiently as we can.   Right now I don't feel I am getting that and it is always a case of IT saying Sage is the issue and Sage says that our server is the issue.   

    I am interested in finding out what others are doing.  We are not in a place to have in house IT.  

    I am sure someone will recommend Winning Technologies.  They were our IT group before this one.   The cost was high and much like this company, after a while they became complacent.
